Located in beautiful downtown Athens, Speakeasy sits upstairs on historic East Broad Street, overlooking the beautiful campus of the University of Georgia. Speakeasy is known for its delicious southern inspired tapas and specialty cocktails, providing an intimate evening of sharing among friends. Speakeasy serves a wide selection from its Award Winning Wine List, creatively delicious cocktails, and its delectable fresh made desserts.

Created in early 2002, Speakeasy was designed in a fusion of deco and southern decor, built by local artists using geometric metal sculpture in combination with vintage elements from regional historic homes. This blend of line and comfort, of history and modernity, is complemented by paintings from Athens' finest.
